Catering at Barrington House
Whilst you may be considering renting Barrington House for a self-catering break, you may also be wondering if it is possible to have food prepared for you off site, on site and where are all the great places to eat out in Herefordshire?
Having been away many times ourselves, we now value the different options that we have listed below for you. When planning a special celebration or relaxing break, there is enough to pack in the car, without the cooler boxes, cling film, tomatoe ketchup and washing up liquid! We can provide all or some of it for you - it's up to you.
Home cooked food, waiting in your fridge on arrival. This is extremely popular with all our guests, as it still allows you to put a great dish in the oven and have home cooked food, without having to prepare it yourselves! From luxury fish pie to steak and ale pies, pavlovas and lasagnes.
Catering service - fully catered meals. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, then why not let us help you. There is a wide choice of menus to tantalise over and we will even clear away afterwards for you. Please ask us for menus.
Breakfast hampers - self catering packs. When travelling great distances, it is always great to know that all your breakfast requirements will be waiting in the fridge for you, so you don't have to pop out to the supermarket when you arrive. We can provide traditional English breakfast hampers with local cured bacons and fresh eggs or a continental breakfast with fresh croissants, hams and cheese and home made preserves and fruits.
BBQ hampers - self catering packs. Only with the best meats from Herefordshire, you can prepare a delicious BBQ yourselves on our gas BBQ and we can even provide the salads so you dont have to!!
Tesco home deliveries. When planning a relaxing break, why not have Tesco's deliver to Barrington House when you have arrived. Fantastic and very popular.
Wines and drinks. With our award winning wine shop "HOP POCKET WINES" within walking distance, why not let us send you their list of delicious wines, ciders, perry's and beers and we can organise for these to be waiting in your fridge on arrival.
Places to eat out. We have a comprehensive list of places to eat out. Let us know what your taste buds are we will endevour to make our recommendations, phone and reserve tables for you. We do need around 2-3 weeks notice.
